Paver & Planer Protective Pads - Astrak

Astrak supply high quality protective pads for Pavers, Slip Form Pavers and Planers / Millers.

Our range of DuraLine pads for paving and planer machines has been developed specifically to meet the demands of an industry where downtime is extremely costly.

The range includes EPS (Easy Pad System), rubber and polyurethane bonded pads, in bolt-on, chain-on and clip on styles. These are available in a number of different size and material options, including different fitment methods.

Types of Rubber / Polyurethane Pads

Bolt To Chain – A rubber pad bonded to a steel track shoe which are often thrown away when rubber wears down. Bolt To Chain pads are commonly used on pavers.

Bolt To Chain Roadliners –  A rubber pad bonded over a steel core and are again disposed of when worn. A premium, high quality option to rubber bonded shoes.

Bolt To Pad (EPS) –  Developed by Wirtgen. A polyurethane pad (disposable) is bolted to  steel TBG backing shoe which, in turn, is bolted to the chain.  Used on all their popular planers and  supersede Polypads. These can, of course, be used as an option on other manufacturers machines when bolt hole spacing and pitch match.

The  first choice for contractors…

Whether the requirement is for a single pad or a complete track group, Duraline pads are the product preferred by many of Europe’s leading contractors.

We also hold stock of chains, steel shoes nuts and bolts to compliment the pad range.
