This certification not only increases our customers confidence in our company and products but it also signals to them that we consider quality management and continuous improvement to be an integral part of our every day business operations.
On Thursday 8th August 2019, Managing Director Dick Paterson was presented with the certificate of registration by Dan Kuszpit, Business Manager – Scotland from the UK standards body and global certification company, BSI Group.
Dick commented: “For any business to thrive in today’s global marketplace, continual improvement is vital. The ISO 9001 standard has become the basis for creating a quality management system around the world. When a company is looking for a supplier, it is often now a requirement to have ISO 9001 accreditation in order to be considered. Achieving this certification is another key element that raises us above our competitors and will assist us in further improving customer satisfaction across the company and it will also help us on our way to achieving our 3 year growth goals.”
