A new approach
The new website has been designed to showcase not only our strengths and to reflect our brand positioning but it also demonstrates that Astrak is a very different kind of supplier which makes it the leading choice for today’s owners and operators throughout the UK and Europe.
We know that refreshing our website is not simply about giving it a new design, but it is more about understanding what our customers require from our digital presence. Our in-house marketing team achieved this by looking at what our customers said they expected from the website, analysing numerous analytics and researching current industry studies.
So what’s in the new website?
The new Astrak website has a clean and fresh design which has an intuitive and consistent site-wide navigation to help our customers find their way around our products and services with ease. The website is mobile device friendly which makes it easy to access for the customer on the move.
We have introduced a range of new content and resources to the website to enable customers to find out more about how our wide range of products support businesses in their efforts to reduce downtime and increase productivity across the board. The resources we provide through the website will allow our customers to become more informed on our various product lines and in-house brands.
We have also brought a focus on the company itself with an expanded section covering our past, vision, values, our plans for the future and career opportunities which will help us to grow and develop in the coming years.
This relaunch is the first phase in our ongoing plans to further our digital presence. We will be continuing to develop and improve the website and will be adding elements like video content and downloadable resources to provide our customers with all of the information they need to make the right decisions for their company when looking at maximising their machinery uptime.
