To make sure we have the right people in place, we’ve tailored our recruitment process so we can really get to know about each other and help us both decide if we will be successful together.

Your recruitment journey begins with YOU and your application, please submit your CV and covering letter outlining your suitability & strengths for our role.

In most situations you’ll then be invited to a face-to-face performance based interview shaped around our role requirements, key behaviours and ASTRAK values.

Then comes an assessment tailored to the role you’re interested in. This may include:
  • Assessment centres: featuring group assessments, face-to-face interviews and role play.
  • Presentations/Training sessions: You’ll be given a topic to shape into a brief presentation, followed by a Q&A.
  • Coffee chats: with managers close to the role.
  • Online video interview
  • Telephone interviews

Once you’ve accepted the offer you’ll need to provide us with ID documents and proof of address. Unfortunately we don’t sponsor overseas candidates at present so you must be eligible to work and live in the UK indefinitely.
